#4 LF Sniper/Soldier mentor in Mentoring

I'm not sure why you think getting a mentor will improve your DM magically. Only way to 'land more directs with stock rl' is to practice.
Might want to edit the OP and include more info as well as use decent grammar/spelling

#36 How many frames do you get on mid? in TF2 General Discussion
MOOSE_Lol, I get an average of 1200 constant and around 900 at mid.
dual gtx 660's + amd fx eightcore + chris's maxframes = gud

Have you ever checked to see if the game is using all 8 cores? Would be interested to see that. I've heard tf2 only uses one core, but my quad i7 with hyperthreading gets less frames than that. Could just be the dual gpus but I doubt it since tf2 is so cpu limited

#13 Autoheal or hold m1 to heal? in TF2 General Discussion

Anyone mind explaining what exactly this does? I'm used to using the in game m1 once and then forget, is there any way to have the same sort of thing, and not have everything be switched backwards? Don't really understand all the code

#52 games for bad pc in Off Topic

Minor threadjack but what are some examples of games that you would play if you had a better PC? I have a problem with not playing any other games but TF2 but have a decent computer

#18 new process rollout in Videos

Can anyone do the edgebug on the badlands rollout reliably? I know I can get it occasionally but I'm shit at jumping. Really cool variation, though may give you too low hp to reliably do anything.

#18 How many frames do you get on mid? in TF2 General Discussion

240fps nearly all the time unless pubbing. Used to get up to 800 even in pubs but now it goes down to 100 or less. Rip tf2.

#1 bear lft open medic in Recruitment (looking for team)

Hi I'm bear. I'm looking for a cevo or esea team to play or backup for for the rest of this season and/or the next. My cevo team (rolling dank in the flank) died mid season and I'd like to find some other people to play with.
I'm available most weeknights from 9-11 est and am open to demo reviews and frequent scrimming etc.

Add me if you're interested here: steamcommunity.com/id/baerodactyl

#23 Best sub $100 headset? in Hardware

I loved my old grado sr80is until I broke them and got 225is. Got them for $99 and sound amazing for most music, they were my first step into the 'audiophile' world (if you even want to call it that without being pretentious as fuck). Not the greatest for gaming when compared to say the ad700s and their insane soundstage, but they definitely had more soundstage than my old sony headphones and earbuds. Compared to my brothers audio technica m50s in tf2 I could differentiate which direction everything was coming from way easier with the grados. Sennheisers or mdr-v6s would definitely not be a bad choice though.
OP what types of music do you listen to and do you plan on using them from anywhere other than your computer (like through your ipod on the bus or something)? Do you care about noise isolation or leaking noise to people around you? There can't be one pair of headphones that is perfect for everyone since there's so much personal preference involved.
For strictly gaming though I'd say look at the ad700s and other open backed phones (head-fi is a good resource for reviews and explanations and stuff)

edit: go on an actual audio related website and see if anyone thinks your shitty gaming headsets are good? It's basically the same as 'beats by dre' for people listening to rap music. Just because they are targeted to gaming doesn't mean they're actually good for it, it's just marketing bullshit. Also asking this question on a competitive gaming forum is probably not the best idea.
