TheGreatMarioyo I really liked the crosshair you have for your medigun, but do you know how I can make the green bar expand vertically from the bottom end of the cross toward its center?
The medic crosshair VTF file is composed of 25 frames, each of which has a green bar of varying length with the 0th (or 1st?) frame having no green bar at all, and the last frame having the green bar reach the edge.

Yes you can change the position of the green bars; just export the VTF file as raw image files and reposition the green bars; in fact I can do this myself if there is need for it.
TheGreatMariomb also how to make it colorable?If you mean how to recolor the green bar to a static color, then simply extract the images out of the VTF image and recolor the green bar for each (yes...each) frame.

If you mean how to recolor the greenbar dynamically, then it gets complicated.

What do you mean by "players advocate that movements shouldn't be consistent"? I'm gonna go ahead and assume you're talking about consistency regarding being skilled with the game's mechanics.

Being consistent is about understanding the game from the mind to translate that into your gamesense and decision making/mechanical skills. You're misunderstanding and mixing the concepts of being consistent and moving unpredictably.

kordyanElenaManettaBecause sometimes people don't join pug servers depending on who is admin, what players are active, what the rules are, how big the skill gap is between members, or whether or not they themselves are banned from most pug groups and have to make one themselves just to play.
just stop crying and play, there's no point in dividing the playerbase further. most of these new pug groups last 2 weeks and after everyone is bored of the circlejerk it falls

That's just how it works. Crying about it in a forum post isn't gonna change that, unfortunately.

#2 TF: Source 2 in TF2 General Discussion

I think it has a lot of potential since probably working with already existing tools that were built with the purpose of porting stuff from S1 to S2 will make everything flow so much better and things could start getting done in a much more interesting pace than in other projects that either involve building TF2 from the ground up or fixing the current spaghetti. On the other hand it's one more project to the others in the table, I don't want to get my hopes up that quick. Overall it's very exciting, but I'll hold my enthusiasm for now until we see something that presents a real tangible chance of trying it out with the same normality we play TF2.

Absolutely terrible. denying a well-earned advantage should definitely require something more difficult than spamming a button in the general direction of a chokepoint. pyro should be deleted or completely overhauled and i've been saying it for years.

200Very unexpected update (is anyone still using this?)
  • Added an ability to apply/remove a selected crosshair to all weapons (if you select an explosion effect, it will apply to all explosive weapons)
  • Fixed tab bind being overwritten when changing classes with tabgraph script enabled
  • Fixed some script names for custom crosshair generator (Neon Annihilator and Bazaar Bargain)

Now this is where my job is finally done. I can finally retire. This is the EOL update.

I still use it from time to time to update my crosshairs. The ability to change all crosshairs at once is a MASSIVE relief. Thank you a lot for this extremely valuable contribution and for sharing your knowledge.
