yeah a friend of mine says his btc has doubled practically overnight
but its scary how much this stuff fluctuates, it'll rise a ton then suddenly drop in a day by hundreds of dollars, and that's really scary if it wants to be on par as a real currency
It would probably be more stable if it was accepted, but it wont be accepted with this stability
Catch-22.
Don't get me wrong, I love the concept of an international, anonymous currency, but without a regulating body it just doesn't seem like it will ever stabilize successfully - and that goes against the very idea of bitcoin.
