Blu2th1000it's been down for a week i think. last i remember happening on comp.tf is that someone changed the custom hud wiki page and replaced everytime custom hud was said to CHUD and replaced all links to a picture of someone's diarrhea

Hey. You're right. It was just you,
my mistake, when you go to change it on admin page; it marks case changes as still the same user name thus marks as taken even though it's editing that very user.
I've fixed it now via trickery. Thanks for clarifying
