Also just because of the mini-discussion above, ranking by KA/D is wrong. This is a team game, and regardless - what matters at the end of a match is who won / lost. Losing team could have a better KA/D, for example.

There is more to the game than that, and it reflects in win/loss much more the in ka/d.

Balancing teams according to any rating system is better than absolute random team dividing if your goal is to have close games instead of 5-0's.

No math equation can ever get it right 100%.

With that being said, you can do whatever you want really.
Seeing as there isn't a set ELO equation for team based games, there are many possibilities for you to calculate win ratio and how you change the ELO.

The Israeli PUG community with about 50~ players had somewhat close games almost every match after 2000~ games.

Try whatever you want, see what happens.

But I will try to explain:
It is a ton of Kap Slap mashup's and other various artists, mixed into one song.
The sound quality is significantly lower for some reason, and the "mixing" seems like random stuff/effects. Nothing really fits.
The transitions are ok I guess.

It is a great mouse but it won't last you long.
Within a couple of months it will start randomly freezing.
Apparently the wire is weak and it causes problems.

Just google "g400 mouse freeze" or other such lines to see it is pretty common.

My first mouse broke, they sent me a second for free. After two weeks the second mouse broke. I have been throwing games ever since. You know those moments when its all on you, go hard or go home, time to shine, be a winner! ? That is when it will freeze folks.

Valve made TF2 as a public-servers join and go type of game. When it comes to TF2, they do not support competitive play period
