#7 Team fortress 2 Hud crosshair XD in Q/A Help

ShemrI tried to make a vtf crosshair similar to this, but couldnt get vtfedit to recognize the part of the line which has lower opacity. If anyone has a solution for this let me know. (the png file: http://imgur.com/sOPXGgM)

I used paint.net's VTF plug-in. Didn't test in-game but opening again in paint.net still has the correct opacities

Here you go. Either make a VMT file for it using another VMT file as base (you can open them in notepad)
But if you've not done this before it's easier to have an already working VMT file (example: crosshair1.vmt) then just rename shemr.vtf to crosshair1.vtf

You need to make a new folder in your tf folder (I just named it TGA_folder)
Make Lawena put the TGA files in this folder
I think this fix also works for the AVI recorder but have only tested it with Lawena thus far

edit: updated to include VMT files. crosshairs.vtf is the None crosshair. Reference the default weapon txt files for the coordinates because there's like 6 different crosshairs in that one file. Default is the one that's a bigger scattergun crosshair (it looks bad)

Alternatively you can send me which crosshairs you want for which weapon in a PM. I'll make it for you and also edit it in this comment so anyone else can use it too

Also it still works. Just use a simple viewmodel script for the broken flamethrowers.
The broken inspect animations don't matter.
