fen_If we lose pugchamp I don't think anyone in this community would be willing to start another new service. Sure there might be inhouses but the main thing about pug/mixchamp is for people new to tf2 to get some experience playing with people considerably better at some parts of the day and teach them how to improve basic mistakes or find a team(especially with meds).
I don't understand this statement at all. New players will never learn anything on pugchamp except who the assholes in the community are.
First, new players will likely never get picked because pugchamp is a circle jerk and there are no fat kid rules. Capt picking is a popularity contest and nothing more. (better to use mixchamp but that is still not much better)
Second, if they do happen to play, new players will likely have shit performances and get yelled at in mumble. (I occasionally addup for pugchamp but even in my limited time playing there, this has happened often in mumble)
I have yet to use FaceIT but I will be giving it a try to avoid using pugchamp and mixchamp

MGE Issues

I guess you need to decide on what reason you are playing MGE. I play MGE to practice and warm-up before scrims and matches. I rarely, if ever, will MGE just for fun and I will simply not respond to things people say in chat. Once you decide your goal, it literally doesn't matter what other people do or say in the MGE arena. Work on the shit you need to work on and get out.
I prefer DM to MGE these days because I feel it gives more raw practice on the league maps but that is just me.
ps - any player bitching about a shotgun in MGE isn't worth playing. Find another arena.
