It is fixed, just not indexed by valve in patch notes. You can test it with older versions of tf2 and determine that airaccel is fixed.

mathemaphysicistok so apparently demo and solly have mantreads equipped by default and you can deal fall damage even if you dont have it equipped
this explains the WWII divebomb noises when im jumping as demo
just when the bugs/BS was winding down with the pyro update...
