Not saying I agree with it but the theory behind it is that the 300 million vote for the president who appoints members to the FCC to execute law passed by Congress who are elected by 300 million people..
There is also a bill planned to be introduced into Congress to stop it. Congress has 60 days for congressional review. Contact your representatives and tell them to vote against the repeal. Remember these guys want to get re-elected with mid-terms in 2018; don't just think your call or letter will be ignored.
