Honestly, for the wrangler, I'd make the shield to give a 16,66% resistance only (270 HP, still 3-shotted by direct rockets and pipes). And make it so the sentry heals itself with damage done (the amount would need to be calculated for it to be balanced)

This forces the engi to use the wrangler offensively to get the real benefit. Instead of just changing to wrangler and instantly swapping to just get the stalling shield.

This wouldn't work against ubers, lowering the defensive capacities, it'd work against Vacc/Q-Fix/Kritz tho.

The healing returned to the sentry would be quite low tho, since sentries have huge DPS

If i read correctly, they plan on making it so the stun no longer prevents you from shooting, but still slows you down. In return you get the ball faster (more spammable) and it doesnt need to go as far as it previously did for a the longest lasting effect

I like most of these (I read the GRU one wrong btw, sine it reduces MAX health, not current health), the only exceptions being that the change to Ambassador needs to be less rng, I'd probably make it so it only can headshot crit within a given range, past that range it would only minicrit. The only problem with this would be being able to tell how far you can shoot to crit.

Everybody thought B2/W2 was for sure going to be on the 3DS, but instead they went onto the DS to expand its lifetime a bit longer. The same thing is happening now, but with the 3DS and the switch instead.

However, I think we will see Gen 8 and Diamond/Pearl remake on the Switch in like 2018 and 2019.

There is no way to really stop people from hacking. Reports would yield a shitton of false positives considering the huge skill gap this game has, and the current bans from reports are very slow. VAC is completely out of the TF Team control afaik.
