We take 5 people we put them up against 5 people. How is that not a competition? You're welcome to the opinion that 6s is MORE competitve, but A:R is definitely a competitive format

Majority of people I have talked to about it agree with me in that some weapons in tf2 are entirely not competitive and while they are allowed to be used in A:R that mode is just a kinda fun way to play the game that takes 10x the effort to find players for

Mr_Harvardi get 150+ frames consistently and im playing on a laptop at dualcore i5 2.5 ghz, with super shitty intel graphics, something is clearly not right here

TF2.
I've seen a bunch of posts on a variety of forums where people get better frames with less optimized configs or worse computers

1. I have performance priority in both BIOS and OS
2. mat_queue_mode is set to 0 by my config
3. I will run benchmarks ASAP and post the results here!

#1 Computer is Not Performing to Expectations in Hardware

First of all, this is my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GqBpNG

I've been receiving sub-par frames that I have decided is related to my computer not tf2. In DM servers (you would think this would be less intensive) my frames are around 140 constant and dips as low as 110 with only tf2 and mumble open. I use chris' dx9 frames but when I use max frames on dx8 I only benefit 20-30 frames.

Initially I accounted it to tf2 being the demon it is and the game itself being the issue but I downloaded Tribes Ascend and was only able to recieve 80 frames.

Issues I have checked:
1. My CPU is not being choked by the temperature, it doesn't exceed 70 C (Usually around 55-60) at any point while playing tf2
2. I just recently reinstalled windows and tf2 (when I got my new SSD) and this didn't help
3. As I said I tried using a cfg designed for more FPS
4. I have tried both windowed borderless and fullscreen

Mine freezes like that sometimes as well, but it doesn't usually last for more than 2 minutes, but it has lasted that long. I'd just be wary of that and wait it out
