If you're using Twitch, you can just set a delay right through your site settings as opposed to using software.

Modifying huds could for sure cause the problem. Uninstall your HUDs. And if that doesn't work reinstall. I know someone that couldn't use custom HUDs at all until he reinstalled and he had no idea why
