What's not to believe? In no way is ash such a key facet of the team that he MUST play, even if he is deafened in mumble, he is ASH. No one should feel so egotistical about their gameplay that they think they deserve to play without adding to comms or being able to hear anyone, especially after creating what sounds like a toxic mumble environment.
I can see a defense for ash's side of the story if he had kept a cool head and tried to mend any conflict from tonight. But honestly him leaving the roster just solidifies his immaturity to the situation in my eyes.

botmodetrippaif elo was a thing again I would play 3x as much mge, it just makes it more funthe only advantage elo has over no elo is that the elo tells you who to play
I'm not familiar with the MGE plugin, and honestly didn't play when elo was a big deal so I'm gonna make up some random ideas, someone tell me if this is plausible
If I've heard correctly, there was a way to view elo on a website in the past, and this is what most people competed for rankings in/on. If this is the case, could we remove the display of elo on the server and have it only viewable on the website? This way, people could still see elo and compete for it publicly, but it would have less influence on people's arena selection.
Also, being unfamiliar with the plugin, is it possible to have elo all uploaded on one server? Like in theory could a server host have multiple MGE servers upload elo wins/losses?

While I am LFT, I'm going to be a little particular about the teams that I play with because playing with mustard, liko, ex, and co. was the most fun I've ever had in this game. Playing with players that taught me so much was a blast and I got to see myself improving very quickly despite my attitude I was approaching the game with.

- CEVO-O S5 Monday Hangover (11th)
- ESEA-O S18 Squid Squad (8-2)
- ESEA-O S18 Mumble Robots (6th)
- ESEA-IM S19 Mumble Robots (1-6)
- ESEA-IM S19 SYOPS (4-5)
- ESEA-IM S20 A GORILLION DOLLARS (7-3)
Pros (IMO):
- I think my DM is by far my best quality. A lot of people call me a DM lord, please see Cons list below :P
- I've played on a high level team. As mentioned in the paragraph above, playing with GORILLION was the most fun I've had, and playing at that high of a level was a blast. The team coordination was a lot of fun.
- My comms. I talk. A lot. I pride myself on it. In the past I've used this well on the flank and in the combo imo. When playing with the combo I hate not knowing what's happening on flank at all times, and therefore try to provide as much essential information as possible.
Cons (IMO):
- I'm known for going braindead at times. While I think most if this opinion about me is from PUGs where I really enjoy using my W key WAYYYY too much. In scrims I control this much, much more, but I do occasionally overestimate my DM ability and feed.
- I'm very blunt with my opinions on the game. Often I don't consider how the way I present my opinions will appear to others in mumble. When I see a problem, I'm very quick to comment on it in an insensitive way, which offends players. I think in a mumble where everyone is very interested in improving this doesn't cause problems, but varying level of interest on a night to night basis can cause conflict.
- My internet. This is all I plan to say about this. I won't bring it up during tryouts or scrims unless prompted. My internet in its current state is a handicap. During college peak hours, I have major problems with ping.
Unless it is fixed, I will be playing the season with 100+ ping to Chicago, and more to any other server. My ping will be spiking from 100-300 every minute or so. ESEA's servers/client makes this problem worse. I WILL be dedicated to playing through this. Last season I think it effected me more mentally than it did my actual ability to play the game, and I won't let this be a problem this upcoming season.

Really really good player. He proved in open that his demo dm is insane, but his soldier is incredible as well. I personally like him on roamer more. He's soft spoken but passionate about the game. His tf2 brain is growing really quick. If I could play on a team with him I would. Pick this qt3.14 up right meow! (・ω・)ノ

GGs but i just bought weed. Sorry about the pauses, vortex's tf2 didn't like the new item and his game would crash every time the item popped up. I know we're only allowed two pauses, but after the second crash he deleted his hud and configs and it didn't help so he crashed again. I know ESEA only allows 2 pauses but it's kinda silly to unpause randomly while we were trying to find a solution
