I would recommend iiyama g-master gb2590hsu, I've been using it for around 4 months now and I haven't really had any issues with it, although keep in mind that the colors might be a bit weird, but aside from the colors which can be set to different settings anyways its a pretty good option. It goes for around 600$

(Edit: Managed to fix the koth issue but the amount of wins doesn't get displayed and also the win panel doesn't show up for some reason)
(Edit2 : I managed to fix all of the issues, this did the job)

If you hover your cursor over the question mark you will see

Nope, I do use this when i wanna toggle host_thread_mode to 1 (or sometimes use a bind) on multiplayer, and listenserver.cfg with host_thread_mode 0 to automatically disable when i join a lan server
