pretty much what #7 said.
tf2 secondary isnt a very good font for much. check if the font has antialias set to 1?
alternatively you could try another font. :)

if someone can really be bothered, take the minimal m0rehud made by me, and just open up hudplayerhealth and hudlayout.res and shift the ammo and health up, may have to shrink the font though.
An easier way alternatively would to use KNHUD minmode or a hud that is meant to be centered and use broesel/morehud fonts and just shift that up.
IF i can be bothered i might work on this but really i dont think it needs to be that close to crosshair, why not just replace the OP screenshot font with broesel/more font?

except for the fact that yours, is not aligned, there isnt supposed to be a health cross which again. is not aligned. my hp/ammo is closer to the crosshair and are more closer together.
this is a hud modification of m0rehud to be minimal. somebody asked me to fix the charge meters so i did.

UPDATE:
Fixed and relocated the demoman charge bar.
other charge bars were relocated but seem to somewhat collide with target ID's, if you play 6's this really isnt a problem, i am not going to re do the target ID's just for charge bars.

yphThat's the exact HP cross and ammo font found in your current default broeselhud 2.7looks a lot different from the broeselhud i'm used to, though I haven't used it in quite a while.
The font isn't surface. the font is indeed different, Gotham-Medium from what i can tell and a quite nice font too.
