Didn't think to post in the frag clips thread, an admin/mod can remove this topic ^^;

Sadly the audio is muted due to Twitch's lovely rules.
But I thought this merited a highlight :)
Thank you kindly sir :)
And might I note that it is now under Settings > Channel & Video instead of just Settings > Teams.
Thanks again!
Atm I fixed it by doing windowed mode + window capture. But I do not want to have to do this.
No, I was signed up for a Steel HL team but we disbanded due to loss of our heavy before the season could start. So atm I do not.
I have hopes to join a 6's team as a Scout eventually.
Yesterday I streamed for ~6 hours or so with no problems. Now today I go to do the same thing, same scenes/sources and when I start the stream or even preview it I cannot launch back into TF2, it just comes up with the title bar at the top and plays the music. If I stop the preview I can, so obviously something in OBS is breaking when it injects into TF2.. but I can't figure it out.
I currently have tried:
Running TF2 as admin and OBS as non
Running OBS as admin and TF2 as not
Running OBS and TF2 as admin
Creating a global source for TF2
Insured I have my video capture as my PCI card and not my on board
Created whole new scenes/sources
Anyone else have any ideas? :(
Can't find my old topic but I'm gonna re-request my stream being presented here :)
It was denied awhile back ago for not being competitive enough, since then I've been doing a lot of lobbies and streaming a lot more often. So yeah, here's to take 2.
I mostly play lobbies when I can get them, with future plan for pugs; if I feel confident enough. I do the occasional MGE but not too often anymore. I feel like my stream is a pretty chill and entertaining environment for enjoyment for the peeps.
I reside in the U S of A.
Sorry Comanglia, but I know I had everything setup properly on both boots in the exact same way. I in fact use your FPS config :P
But either way, I'm satisfied with this I just found it odd, but I assure you both are setup the exact same way, drivers and all.
So after some testing I found out that it was my HDD setup, more specifically my dual boot setup.
I installed two versions of the same OS on different boots and it seems one will only give me ~66FPS while the other puts out ~170FPS. My conclusion is that the ~170 is my primary and the ~66 is the secondary and thus is failing to use the proper write sequence. That's the only difference between the two so.. yeah. Maybe something to look into for other people who are having FPS issues for no reason and you have a dual boot?
So until the other day I could properly stream and play at a steady 120fps and then I noticed I had a nasty bit of spyware that I picked up somewhere. I decided to wipe the pc and start fresh. But now after installing everything without streaming I get 66fps.
After installing my motherboards default drivers and then updating ect, I could not get the on board video cards drivers to install. Now, it may be because I already had my PCI card in and connected so it disabled it so I figured it wouldn't be an issue. So that leads me to my first question, could this present problems? Because my drivers for my nvidia installed just fine.
Nothing is overheating and my power settings are correct. (active prossecor management ect)
Not quite sure what else to do, but I thought about how it could be the MB drivers while at work and wanted some opinions on it.
os: Windows 8.1 (Same install from the working one)
CPU: quad core @3.4
GPU: nvidia 550 ti
There could very well be. I wasn't meaning this to be a "everyone use it" just thought I'd share it. It was more of I was bored and it sounded like a fun project :)
Ah, what I saw b4nny do was use an external source to randomize it. Hmm, I'll look into it.
It does not, like I said I haven't been present in these things. Does Twitch allow this or something?
Yet another program by me.. sorry!
So I was watching b4nny's stream earlier and I have never participated nor been present when a raffle/giveaway was going on and it seemed like it was a bit hectic/not reliable? Maybe I misread.
Either way, I decided to write this :)
Sadly both my website and my Github are not working... so MediaFire/TinyPic will suffice until then.

Viewer List Loaded

So it pulls the list and then shows a viewer count in the top left and then you can click randomize and it randomizes a number 1-X (X = to number of viewers)
Currently you can only add a text file with a list of subs for the subscriber version, but I know you can do an API request for a list of subs but since I don't have a sub account I couldn't easily do this yet; but I do plan on doing it very soon!
I just realized a mistake I made that atm it does not add in moderators and ect, just viewers. I'll fix that in a later update when I get my website/github up and functioning again.
But yeah, let me know what you guys think :)
Another cool thing about this is you can easily do a window capture on your stream and show the randomization happening live :)
