might be something updating or scanning in the background? if its around the same time of the day, id give disabling antivirus scanning a go and to manually set window 10 (if u use it) "active" hours to late night or early morning

kind of a catch all, if you have a g/freesync compatible monitor it'll ensure you're at least not creating a larger frame buffer than necessary which introduces the crazy input lag. If you use Nvidia fast sync instead of regular/default vsync it might introduce some weird microstuttering if the fps is not capped to the rounded refresh rate.
RTSS + fast vsync just ensures you get the absolute most out of the technique, microstuttering is fixed with an in-game frame cap. Source engine and lithtech are the ones I've ran into so far where you needed said in-game cap.
Why the does said buffer cause stuttering? No fuckin clue

Follow that guide. If you're using an Nvidia card, use the FAST selection for vsync, and make sure fps_max 75 and mat_vsync 1 is in your autoexec
that's as comprehensive as it gets, but you have to actually follow it. max_fps should be the next highest whole number from whatever you set RTSS at. (59.957 -> 60, 143.925 -> 144, etc.) Most problems people seem to be having with stuttering is probably stemming from not actually using RTSS or not getting a good/consistent # to work with from the ufo refresh test.
I'm not familiar with AMD but either on or fast. No half measures with adaptive or anything similar modes as it makes using RTSS to limit fps useless.

#43, you definitely can, older monitors in general benefit greatly from this.
#42 gsync/freesync with VRR is excellent if youre chasing both frames+clarity. His goal was maximum clarity which is why he reduced the resolution/hz down to eliminate interference between the pixels displayed/ing (crosstalk).
i recently picked up the S2522HG on its recent sale and decided that the additional smoothness/refresh rate beat out absolute clarity/crisp picture from creating a custom resolution. I take games too seriously tho so if i was to do more co-op/casual games more frequently i would absolutely make the change over.
solid advice and thats a pretty cool area to know about. any suggestions on type of construction to look for or just straight brand/recommendations?
spaceship servers? oihguv? 2v2? chillypunch? rgl?
you must've hit your head pretty hard man, join one of the TN or FP mge servers and lets have some fun
i've acquired trash can and a minifridge, hung up my rando goodwill paintings, and got some speaker mounts for the walls coming.
anyone know how those memory foam/vacuum packed beds are for big dudes? 6'0 300lbs and unsure if i wanna take the chance on them. From what i remember at ikea a few months ago i would just sink into them and thats kinda ehh
there honestly probably is someone who has a level 1-100 strange original or fucking whatever collection tho lmfao
unfortunately it is. for a few years i called rollout 1 and far left 4, shutter being... shutter. always wondered why people would spam 1 when i was intending for rollout lmfao
#936 its peachhud https://github.com/PapaPeach/PeachHUD
lots of customizable stuff
mildly entertaining the thought that stimmy/unemployment checks are responsible for them being inflated to huge $, and that coronavirus gave people the incentive to try out the game and a good % decided to stay and were gifted them either cause edaters or homies which caused it to start increasing in the first place (happens to coincide around the beginning of 2020.)
edit: bp.tf aint the best thing in the world to track prices, just use SCM (as bad as it is w/ no year dates) or marketplace.tf
also anecdotally, i offered to buy a pro ks s orig that i shouldnt have gotten rid of for 250$ and still got denied. These things are mostly willed to stay tied to one account for years one way or another.
on the flip side to medeev i feel reako and giblert are both great leaders and manage their teams, players, and expectations amazingly. they're here to have fun, improve and win, probably in that order.
If that doesn't align with what your idea of a great time is then you might be playing for the wrong reasons.
the best i can do is a half torn down paintball marker that i bent a pin on and dont want to unbend it for fear of breaking it
