lol
would you rather hit an insane fucking airshot and lose the match
or win the match and get absolutely owned in the skybox
VashtheStampedeWhat do you mean put "ALL FILES" (on step 4) please explain where when how and why? Or at least a basic answer. Thank you.
wowee necro aside,
you're gonna wanna use more modern methods of acquiring more frames, such as mastercom's config. the no hats mod is being maintained by someone else now, and the no explosion script set still works
masetrcoms provides launch options, but assuming you've got a mega potato running tf2, choose your resolution to be like 800x600 probably, and go for dxlevel 81
ya froyo fucked around and y'all still didn't even reach the 3 rounds tery graciously gave u
but hahalol get roasted by invite players
everyone downfrag jeremy
ugc players have the biggest egos sometimes it's insane
maybe you have automatic gain control on
toads_tfyes i am
oh ok that might be it then
hosting a dedicated server can be more resource intensive than expected, and coupled with a game like tf2 things might not work out that well
even in other games, such as don't starve together, the dedicated server is poorly optimized and actually takes a behemoth of a computer to both run the server without significant latency alone, let alone play the client version at the same time.
i'd recommend trying to run the server alone and kill all other programs. Then see how your friend's performances fare when you aren't playing the game at the same time.
if that doesn't help then i'm not sure what could be wrong beyond a network issue like not having a fast enough upload speed :(
delpo(note: I do not have my computer plugged into a surge protector)
i hate to say it...
what are the specs exactly on ur computer
also are you attempting to host and play on the same machine?
the distance is one thing, but if you dont' have the upload to support the data transfer rates then your server will lag and people's ping will spike
sick of him going into random lft’s and going “she’s really good”
that's some crazy down but i'm afraid that upload is at least part of the problem, i assume the machine itself is pretty beefy.
I have something like 30 upload at home and people playing on my hosted tf2 server complain about slightly higher ping than they would normally experience with a chicago server
and the machine i use to host isn't what you would call modern
