I dont think its talked about enough but we arent having a bunch of new players enter the scene due to the casual experience being pretty much unplayable. I dont care whether youve won prem 10 times or are hardstuck open your first experience playing tf2 was quickplay or casual which are now dead.

Those players who have installed maybe 2 or 3 years ago and are trying out the competitive format for the first time just don't exist in the same quantity as anyone installing in that timeframe would have got headshot but cheater bots over and over and probably quit.

- our flank scout "im missing everything IM SO FUCKING BAD" still drops 35 kills and 400 dpm
- our pocket soldier *waddle waddle waddle waddle* "I hate double scrimming"
- our roamer soldier "here is the best strat and perfect positioning on this map" *misses all rockets* and cant beat a T3
- our demo "Go rightside" *proceeds to go left* (French)
- our medic "I may be on acid during this scrim sorry"

Lets not act like players don't often get no punishment or a 2 week or 1 month ban for being the most toxic, racist, homophobic, transphobic ect ect players in any gaming scene.

play an even team on same maps you gonna play.

I feel like you generally have a good point but also point some blame here which isn't neccessary. The community has positivity within it but its usually not community recognised except out of small niche discord servers with 15-20 people max.

For example I fucking love my team. Sure we but heads at time and are definetly kinda shit at the game but whatever, I enjoy finding us scrims doing all the team admin work and I feel like my players appreciate it.

So yeah im positive about this game and community that ive fostered around me :)
