I feel like you generally have a good point but also point some blame here which isn't neccessary. The community has positivity within it but its usually not community recognised except out of small niche discord servers with 15-20 people max.

For example I fucking love my team. Sure we but heads at time and are definetly kinda shit at the game but whatever, I enjoy finding us scrims doing all the team admin work and I feel like my players appreciate it.

So yeah im positive about this game and community that ive fostered around me :)
