I use a custom crosshair .vpk files as-well as smokeless explosions .vpk files.

The conflict is that when i use both of them at the same time, the smokeless explosions no longer work.
I'm aware of when I turn off the crosshair .vpk it begins to work again.

Does anybody know of a fix to where i can have both vpk's working together. I like to have custom crosshairs and the explosion smoke is annoying asf.
If you could help me out that'd be a huuuge help!

you'll need to extract both .vpks and then merge the configuration files since they are shared between the mods.

to add in the xhairs you need to edit the "crosshair" part in the tf_weapon files. for the explosions I forgot what it is called but im pretty sure it's pretty intuitive if you just look for the part that says "explosion"

in case you need some more in-depth instructions I wrote a short guide for it at some point

once your crosshair txt files are edited to include the custom //buckets you can delete your explosions vpk and it will no longer conflict after a restart
