i made the post on the discussion thread but i figure more people would check this more often than the lan thread.
if you think your team is good enough to play in and will be able to attend the upcoming BTS event then feel free to sign up.
the qualifiers are this upcoming weekend (oct 5th-6th) starting at 9am (subject to change), further info about format and ruleset will be revealed on Monday.
~4 teams will be awarded the ability to bypass stage 1 and will be allowed directly into playoffs, if you are interested in this, then, please signup by sunday night if at all possible and contact me on steam or discord (boxcar#2397) or tsc on discord (tsc#0386) with your teams placements in recent lans and leagues, as well as any other questions you might have.

Open Qualifier: any teams not invited to Closed Qualifier
Saturday AM (report time 10am EST): Swiss system (TBD number of Bo1 rounds)
top teams (min 2) -> Closed Qualifier
Closed Qualifier: TBD invites + Open Qualifier advancers
if less than 8 teams:
Double-Elim Bracket (Bo3 except for Bo5 grand final)
Saturday PM (report time 2pm EST): Upper Round of 8
Sunday (report time 10am EST): remaining rounds
1st place -> #BTSTF2
else:
Saturday PM (report time 2pm EST): Swiss system (5 Bo1 rounds)
teams 1-4 -> Upper Bracket
