TF2 keeps freezing during matches

This started happening recently, my game just randomly freezes for a few seconds then resumes, during those seconds I have moved ingame.
This also causes a bug where certain players become invisible (both enemy and my team).

My ping is fine for the most part other than external problems causing spikes every now and then, so it seems as if it is demo related, even though I don't use any demo recording software (might be caused by certain servers that has such built in??)

At this point I don't really know anymore, so I am hoping somebody here can help me, thanks in advance!

Reerotry reseating your RAM

Doesn't seem to work, still freeze up ingame, don't have any issues regarding memory in other instances

Cyanicmaybe look for spikes in CPU usage from other programs running

CPU usage is for the most part fine, nothing seems to cause irregular spikes other than when I have windows updates

Thanks anyways!

I would suggest seeing if a performance config (mainly Mastercoms) would fix your freeze issues. I would also recommend going through your launch settings and see what you can change there.

Ok this might sound weird but turn off notification assistant on Windows. This is a fix for the invisible people issue. Not sure if it will fix the other problem.
