Posting for Pont as his computer is having some issues

Specs
CPU - Ryzen R5 1600
RAM - 1x8GB 2400Mhz DDR4
Gfx - Radeon RX 460
PSU - Corsair CX430
Mobo - ASRock AB350 Pro4

Pont built his computer, and it booted fine into the UEFI. He changed some settings for the boot order for his SSD, saved changes, and restarted. After rebooting he no longer had a video signal on his monitor (using HDMI). There were no beep codes, and all of the hardware appears to be functioning as it did when it was properly booting to BIOS. The following methods have been tried and failed to fix the problem.

  • Booting with no peripherals (only power and video cables)
  • testing monitor and cable (plugged PlayStation 4 into same HDMI cable + monitor)
  • Reseating the graphics card
  • moving the graphics card to a different PCI-E slot
  • Resetting CMOS
  • Replacing CMOS Battery
  • Booting with storage devices disconnected

If anyone has any suggestions please let him know and reply ITT, thanks

What settings did he change?
Try booting without the GPU.

IIRC I changed the boot priority #1 to my SSD, and I'm pretty sure that was it. I had tried booting it on the SSD a few times before it stopped working but every time it would reboot it would tell me to select a boot drive as if it forgot I set my SSD as the boot
