Weird mouse problem

Recently my mouse has started to act up in TF2. It works otherwise normal but whenever I move the mouse to right, it doesn't act properly. What I mean with this, is that it feels like the sensitivity lowers down greatly when I move it to right.

I am using Roccat Kiro. I also tested my old mouse, Razer Deathadder after this problem occurred and it had the same issue. And this problem only occurs in TF2, not in any other game or when browsing interwebs etc... And btw, I have m_rawinput 1.

Things I've done to try to fix it:
Deleting and installing mouse software
Removing all cfg's
Deleting TF2 completely and launching it with -autoconfig

Help would be much appreciated, thank you already in advance.

GoaskAlicei use to use the razer cow udder and then it did the exact same thing so i bought the ZhiZhu to replace... boy its a game changer although i cant main soldier anymore and have to play scout as the w function is coming in handy on the keyboard more so than before

i recommend the ZhiZhu game gaming optical mouse has options of 500/1000/1500/2000 DPI its so nice and good for tf2 and has over 2 million life cycles so you wont need to replace it even when you do want to! its great for scout mains (just have a good keyboard to press w)

* looks up ZhiZhu gaming optical mouse *

So the problem continues, still no solution (sorry for bumping my own post)

So yeah, the problem is that my both mice (with cfg's and even with vanilla tf2 with -autoexec) work perfectly fine when turning mouse to left, but when turning it right, it goes pretty much in 20-30 degree turns. And this happens only in TF2, not in anywhere else.
