Scunt is ridiculously OP. He has lightning fast speed, 6 meatshot damage, the ability to double jump, is the most mobile and very hard to hit, and can take any fight he wants. When he sees a low health or hurt player best believe hes gonna come along to clean you up. That's his job.
He dominates the competitive scene, both highlander and 6s, especially 6s. I mean just look at any pro scunt and they usually top score and top frag. They have the highest kds in high level matches and i always see them dominating all of the enemy players. Soldier and demo should get a buff to atleast balance it out against scunts. They're always getting destroyed by them, watch any invite match or high level match and youll see what im talking about.

Heavy is ridiculously OP. He has lightning slow speed, 450hp buffed, and the ability to eat sandwiches.
He dominates the pub scene. Just look at HLStats, he has the highest kds and I always see him slaughtering scouts. Soldier should get a buff, medics won't even pocket me in Valve servers anymore.
