in tf2 I'd say hassasin/habib. I would imagine his arm would get tired or something from all the flicking, but if he's hitting shots it works i guess.

He been linked already but when i saw traxantic play at i40 (i think that was the iseries he went to) it really did look like his hand just vibrated when he was aiming. I think he used to use like 6cm for a 360 with a shit ton of accel.
