Game Stuttering on Hit

If I shoot a scatter and it hits more than one target, it stutters my game for a pretty noticeable time frame. Any ideas on what could cause this? Tried reinstalling and verifying.

Do you have a DamagedPlayer event in your hudanimations? Try removing everything inside it so that it's an empty event.

If you use a custom hud it might be that. Here's the fix.
