Negasora and I made a neato little google document that makes scheduling scrims a lot easier. It's incredibly unfortunate that the tftv discord is only ever used for last-second scrims, but that's just the nature of a game as small as ours. Here's a little video showing how to get the document for your team and what it can do when you have it:

This is really cool but I don't see the general practicality for people to use it unless the person. Discord made it so much easier to find scrims and pugscrims without the hassle of contacting and adding people on steam, and scheduling on esea makes it equally as easy.
Cool little project but I don't see the practicality of this over a much faster scrim finder that's like IRC

you don't find the scrims in the google doc. that would be a nightmare...
this is a tool that simply helps teams that are pickier about scrims (mid im+ generally, but others as well) keep track of scrims easier.

you don't find the scrims in the google doc. that would be a nightmare...

this is awesome! I have been using my own google docs spreadsheet to organize my scrims for the past couple of seasons now but this looks a lot better! Especially with the implementation of teams and player ids. Will be playing with this later tonight!
Edit - suggestion: add a column for Stats where you can link to logs or SS. This is something I have found to be very useful for my own spreadsheets as you can easily look up the logs for past teams you have faced to see how well you did without having to scroll through pages on logs.tf or SS
Edit 2 - Im also adding a 'Type' column to mine so I can differentiate when its a Scrim or a Match

thanks a lot Kevin and nega, this is really a great tool a lot of people can take advantage of! for the people that have been using their own google docs for scrims, this is basically the easiest way to do it from now on.

Really interested in how people are finding this stuff. I've edited mine to better suit me (demo/map review options and colors, etc). I'd like to make the sorter more effective for future seasons.
