Positive, non-toxic, stable and mature teams are my favorite. I also like having a set schedule so that I can go do adult things after work days I don't have scrims.
If I really <3 you, I might play medic. Top open or IM only please, I'm done with the mid open med thing.

Nice is accurate. So is dedicated and smart. Haven't seen many people improve as quickly as Red. Switched mains in open with no experience on fragging classes, MGE'd/DMed every day, went over maps with mentors, went over demos with mentors... I don't see any reason why the rate of improvement will slow down.

Has a very positive attitude and was probably the biggest reason why our team didn't fall apart under the rampant toxicity that plagued it (my bad). Shows insane dedication to improving, dming and mgeing daily despite getting an RSI at the beginning of our season. If you are looking for that rock that every team needs to keep them from bursting at the seams then Redshirt is the best pickup you are going to find.

Redshirt is honestly a great person for any newer team looking for someone with experience. She may not be able to carry so much with dm but the experience and knowledge she can bring to the team through her seasons of playing medic in open is something that you wont get with just any random pocket.
While I don't think her dm for pocket is quite mid-open level, there is nothing to say that she can't improve in her dm skills. She has had only one season on a dm class but is already destroying me on badlands spire (haha).
She dm's a lot and mge's a lot. She will improve over the season without a doubt. If she finds a team that will give her a chance she will definitely grow and do her best to do what she can to contribute to the team.

I can't believe I haven't posted her before. But red is one of my oldest friends in the tf2 community and is one of the friendliest people I have ever met irl or online. Now that her lerp is playable her dm is respectable for mid open. I don't think she's ever tilted and is very willing to admit her own mistakes.

Redshirt is honestly a pretty underrated pocket. If she's still improving with her DM and her gamesense hasnt diminished she's definitely a solid mid-mid open pickup. Her attitude is amazing and pretty much was the melted cheese that held together my otherwise tilting team S22. She is always trying her absolute best to criticize herself and make herself a better player. Please get her a pocket spot, she didnt deserve to have to play med last season :/
