I am having a problem when I launch the game. Simply every class cfg (with aliases and etc) seems to not work at all. Also when I change my adv multiplayer options and restart the game everything is lost, meaning I have to reconfigure every time when I fire up the game.

please help

I think this is happening to a lot of people so it's probably an actual TF2 bug.

are you sure you have your configs saved correctly? (eg tf\custom\myconfigs\cfg\soldier.cfg)
aren't these files just .txt files, if you have hide file extensions option on (i've seen one guy having soldier, cfg.txt wondering why it didn't work)
regarding the adv options, it's weird but just google the commands and put them into autoexec

based on the patchnotes from July 9

  • Updated ConVar zoom_sensitivity_ratio so its value is saved across sessions and it can be adjusted in Competitive Mode

i think it's pretty safe to assume that valve is intentionally not letting you save non-adv options convars between sessions.
