Would it be possible to remove rangdolls, gibbs and blood splatter by making custom .vpk thingies, replacing them with air? Like people have done with hats and explosions.

Blood isn't possible because its a texture and textures can't be removed on sv_pure 1/2 servers as far as anyone knows.
Ragdolls probably wouldn't work because the model they use is the same as the player model I think, so replacing the model with air would mean you wouldn't be able to see players and that's an issue. Gibs should work fine though.

Most people seem to be unaware of this, but you can clear blood decals at any time using the command r_cleardecals.

If you want to clear them automatically (not recommended as they can be useful) then just add "; r_cleardecals" to the end of existing binds, whether that's weapon binds, movement binds, or something else.

ex: bind w "+forward; r_cleardecals"
bind e "+reload; r_cleardecals"

You're probably out of luck for ragdolls and gibs without some questionable file muckery, though..
