he told me the security guards were bumping into him while they were playing product

While Perillous vs NameLess has been accepted under same circumstances.

I think it's due to the guy suing Valve over the online gambling thing, so geel probably wants to avoid legal action.

about fucking time, the site just keeps your items and has the "support tickets" in which you get no replies

The site seemed to be understaffed and the problems of "splitting" big item bets as well as them not updating item prices for deposited items over time (1 2 3) were so difficult i guess shutting down was an attractive option.
Edit: Sweetstakes (which is owned by the same people ) is going down as well, maybe its just the lawsuit?

The reason why it's shutting down won't be disclosed, and there is no official deadline to retrieve your items. Please make sure to go to https://saloon.tf/loot , select all items and click on withdraw.
As for the Nameless vs Crowns and B@GSER 5 vs Comfortably Spanked matches: I will treat them as usual. Let them be played out and as verify them as soon as I can so people can get their items.

The reason being Ronin vs In Theory ending in 2-1 (ESEA reported 2-0 due to forfeit) didn't meet the score requirement (3 points for In theory to win the bet with a 1.5 handicap) therefore it's not the same, either team could have won the bet if the game continued whearas for the DHS nameless had alread forfilled the score requirement and it was impossible for perilous betters to win :D
