Hello, i had only about 70 fps constant and i had similliar random freezes occuring to me when playing, and they were really pissing me off. I literally froze in the ground/air anywhere from 2-15 seconds and got raped by anybody within the range before i unfroze, but when i got myself more RAM it stopped occuring. Then i tried to remove the RAM to ensure the lack of RAM was the case, and it was. I only had 1 GB of RAM DDR3 and bought 2GB of RAM making my total RAM amount 3GB, my PC specs arent impressive either, i only have a dual-core Athlon II and an integrated GPU. I would really blame theRAM on your part, since 2GB is a small amount to begin with, let alone DDR2 and its low frequencies.

USUALLY, I would assume it's a packet loss or choke, but you have netgraph open so I assume you know what you're looking at. I do think you should either check to see if your RAM is operating at rated speeds and isn't faulty, and also, just try removing any custom skins/files/huds/cfgs for a bit and play and see if the problem persists.

If you do replace RAM - check your motherboard platform for the usual stuff like speeds it can handle and specific vendors it may not be compatible with. Also while I don't think this is necessarily the issue, a few years ago I ran into a computer that was doing similar things in cs:s because of a faulty network card. Just food for thought. The unfortunate best way to troubleshoot is to either run the game clean and then add custom stuff one item at a time, and/or have spare compatible parts and swap things out.
