I changed my resolution from 1280x1024 to 1280x720.Will the mouse sensitivity change and if so will the sensitivity be higher or lower?

It will be the same. Changing resolutions in the same aspect ratio is not going to affect your sens. You might have a placebo effect tho

Not really, but there will be fewer pixels to travel through, which in one sense will give the impression of 'feeling' faster. You will adjust to it pretty quickly.
