I love this guy. Known him since iron, and his dm is insane. If he's dedicated enough to do pugme's 24/7 he will definitely commit to prospering in IM.

This isn't true. He left our team the night before our first match after I paid for his fees so it disappointed & pissed people off because we gave him three chances after he promised us he had become a better person and he wouldn't leave ever again. The 3rd time around, he did have a better attitude and he was more of a positive person. People who watched my stream even said they were astonished by how vari's behavior wasn't toxic anymore when he was playing with us.

In regards to him being part of my 'group of friends': The night he left, he removed everyone on my team from Steam and refused to communicate with us after. Which was strange to us because the 3rd time around when we let him back in, he didn't clash personalities with burdened or I for once. I understand the reputation we have as a cj, Which makes me assume to why he left and deleted all of us in the first place. If he cares that much about what people say about him on the internet, then I completely understand why he made that decision, because it was the right choice.

I haven't spoken to vari in months, but if his behavior is minimally toxic like it was the last time he was in my cj, then I believe he deserves a chance to play on a team.

as much as vari and I tend not to get along, I must admit they are a crazy good scout and definitely IM capable, also as for the whole "bullet/greatness cj" vari was part of it for a very shot time and is no longer a part of it at all. I must echo however that you should heed XCV's warning, because despite his reputation, he probably knows more about vari as a teamleader then anyone in the community.

it was a right choice for many more reasons than just appealing to the community.
you guys are not just bad people; you guys also suck really badly.
you can't get better playing with toxic, bad players. you guys needed to be cut from his life, plain and simple.

and for that, his dm has improved significantly. he is more focused, more disciplined, and, most importantly, more socially accessible.

i'm honestly glad to be his friend, and he has a lot more potential than anyone in your circlejerk.

It's because you have a whole group of people backing you up to make you look good. You almost ruined vari's reputation, and I remember those days where he wanted to quit because of how your friends made him look like shit on his old thread.

You infrequently post and when you do, it's some ironic one word post that agrees with someone else or just "same". He is the one who I have known and has made great strides no matter what ups and downs he had. You're clinging to the past and because of that even your memories of him have been muddled. People change. Accept it.

what are you even saying? xcv literally said nice things about him, and then provided a bit of an explanation about what happened between the two of them. People to deserve to know what he was like in the past so that they watch out for it. there was nothing about xcv's post that was discouraging people from picking up vari. Furthermore, as far as xcv "almost ruining vari's reputation", everything that vari did was his choice. Maybe xcv said bad things about him in the past, but vari's reputation as a toxic, emotional trainwreck with good dm was very much deserved. Having said this I do believe that the kid has changed his ways and is IM ready, very similar to what xcv said. Stop trying to call my friend xcv out when he literally said "I believe he deserves a chance to play on a team".

After my team, Vari took the time to "get [his] shit together." He's no longer toxic, and can check his frustrations. He would do well as a team mate, and a player. Vari's an IM capable Scout, and could hold his ground. He is generally supportive of his combo, and can utilize heals well. Give the guy a chance.

While true, the past is the past. We're beating a dead horse at this point. It's time to move away from what once was, and look at what now is. Let's leave it this way from here on.
