is anyone actually able to access the contracts? not sure if its broken from my hud or in general, because some people in a pub were saying they couldn't access the contracts either

it's a bug. Hud Development Squad Team Force™ are working on it.

When I had an available contract nothing was showing up when I pressed F2.

But the item servers keep dipping out so I can't see the contract message anymore.

ok, valve added a new file called "questlogpanel_halloween" that controls the new quest logs.

Another glitch is trying to switch class when dead. Sometimes you cant click a class and you just rotate between spectating players.

I'm not surprised at all to see sinshine beeing added to the game before the actual sunshine since this last map is totally out of style with textures and models. It's great to see valve adding the event version, tho; it means they like its structure! (Which is the most important thing imo)

I would like to see some people who had previously posted their benchmarks post new benchmarks to see how much performance has actually improved. It would be good to see actual data and not just people guessing what they got before and now on servers that aren't the exact same conditions.
