BlackOutJonMaxyBlackI have a bad feeling about this.
If you add possibility to use unusuals. Saloon will change too sweetstakes 2.
Imagine someone with unusual worth 200 keys, if he bet he will get everything. I know it's risky play. but the same thing already has happened on sweetstakes. In other words, saloon will change to another page where the rich get richer.

This is why saloon.tf has a limit on the maximum value per item

It's not the reason. And it's all the same with unusuals and without, you risk more you get more, you risk less you get shit.

high value items are also more vulnerable to market manipulation. if item valuation is calculated through the steam market someone can buyout the items and inflate the prices further for unfair bets

only reason I can think of why golounge does it anyways. correct if wrong :--- )

Item valuation would not be calculated through the Steam Community Market

BonafideThe only problem I can see with unusuals is that if lets say the odds are 10-90 and the underdog wins, you can't devide an unusual in half, so you'd have to take the unsual into bank and give the betters keys/metal in return. If you were able to make something like that it'd be insane

Do you seriously think that the guy who owns the biggest item bank site in tf2 doesn't have the necessary resources to make this exchange?

It will probably be seamless for Geel, I don't know if he plans on linking both sites/bots on some level to answer these needs but if there's anyone in the tf2 community who has resources to do it, then it's him.

Regarding high-value items being indivisible: we already have a system on Sweetstakes that splits high-value items and recompenses with keys/ref. It's worked fantastically so far, and can easily be translated here.
