Valve left out some files in the white-list, they were apparently deemed harmless and were ignored by the devs. Many files in the scripts folder (surface properties and particles chosen for explosions) are open for modification and can be used in sv_pure

With the fps config it somehow makes a huge group of shadows on 1 part of the map of just every character in the game which lags so badly..

I'm pretty sure that shadow bug happens whenever you have render-to-texture shadows on and it's not related to any specific fps config. Gonna take a guess and assume that's where the origin of the map is.

Danpixed, can you help me out with something? Everytime i try to load r4ndom's config, i get stuck in the ground and when i try to shoot a weird noise comes up. Any fixes for this?

Are you on a local server? Try setting host_queue_mode to 0

Where can I get back the DX8 Notrails? It doesn't seem to be in there anymore.
EDIT: I renamed the DX9 one and it works, but it doesn't work on sv_pure 2. Is the effect of the rocket trails being slightly smaller supposed to be the 'sv_pure 2'?
