kirbyso where is the fail

Mine is a sort of subtle "not knowing when to just stop talking" fail.

Musicians have been lip syncing, and miming since the dawn of TV.

On an old VHS tape I have Nirvana playing to a backing track on billboard's Top 10 TV, and lampooning the fuck out of it. Krist Novoselic flings his bass around over his head, Dave Grohl asses around, and Cobain never frets or plucks any string, he just keeps flattened hands moving in roughly the right position, and singing in a lounge type of voice until trying to literally swallow the microphone.... At the end paid audience members rush the stage.

Can't find the vid on the net, so I may try to get it up somewhere.

he feels sorry for the "dj", not the singer. and he wasn't pretending correctly.
