Is there a way to customize JUST my hud damage numbers without downloading an entire custom HUD? Whenever I edit the HudDamageAccount it never actually changes anything

hurrykannmgibI have had this problem for close to 2 months now. I CANNOT connect to servers randomly. It'll just freeze at retrieving server info and my game just goes not responding. I know I've posted about this before but it's getting so annoying. I can't find a fix for it. PLEASE HELPI know this might sound stupid but it worked for me, that's why I am going to say try this out.
So first go toand then delete client and server dll. After that verify the integrity of the game and it will redownload these two and after that, you should be good to go. Do tell if it worked out for you as it did for me!C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\bin
yep tried that. I also tried what rick said when he told me to do a ipconfig /release and /renew. to be clear I can get a ping back from these servers im trying to connect to, so it doesn't seem to be a networking problem.

Alright so initially I thought I just couldn't connect to dallas servers. But now I haven't been able to connect to multiple locations and is not a problem with routing. I couldn't connect to a new york and chicago but run a tracert to both and it went through fine so that is not the issue. My game goes not responding when I reach retrieving server info (if I check task manager). I've tried leaving it connecting for like 5 minutes and it won't ever connect. Is it possible for a graphics card to be doing this? because I have had some issues with my card recently as well. I've posted on steam forums and sent in steam support tickets and I can't seem to fix this shit so please help me! :(

That would be illegal. In the U.S. (can't speak for other countries), taking photos of people in public on public property is 100% legal.
It is definitely legal to photograph/video tape people in public in the US.

Update : I forgot to mention that my game actually just goes Not Responding when I get to retrieving server info. I can ping to the server and if I run a tracert it is successful.

I have a recurring problem where I can't connect to dallas servers. I ran into this problem a month or 2 ago and I didn't even do anything to fix it, it just went away. But it is happening again unfortunately. It only seems to be dallas that I can't connect to.
Tried doing a DHCP Flush, resetting my router, my PC. I'm in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, if that helps anything using Bell.
