rowpieceshey omni, im not sure if this is how you designed it, but i have had these little triangles on the top left of the control points and it really bugs me
any way you could fix this?

The little triangles are the white-ish borders of the control point images. This is more obvious at certain resolutions than others.

You could replace the stock images with a custom image without the white borders, but that wouldn't work on sv_pure servers. The other alternative would be to block off the corners with the image panels; you could either add panels directly over the corner, or you could thicken the existing image panels until they cover the corners.

I'm not sure how you're more bothered by the corners than by how obviously uneven the borders are at your resolution.

Gun Mettle hotfix. Let's run through some things.

I actually want to play this update for a little. Big things like this burn me the fuck out when it comes to HUD edits. I've removed most of the menus FOR NOW so you can enjoy the new stuff and have the same old in game UI. The noto menus will return over the weekend.

Tournament Mode and Tournament Spec Mode may still be broken. I have yet to mess with them yet. As above, over the weekend (hopefully).

Is it just me or is there not a noto-minimal folder within the noto-master folder? Sorry if you mentioned it somewhere that you were deleting the minmode version but I didn't see it.....

Yeah, I've removed the extra colors, scoreboards and minimal mode for now until I catch up with everything. Shouldn't be too long to wait though.

Yeah, I'm working on the Scoreboards now, and all other things will be added back in the same update.

Only thing left to fix after this is the Tournament Spectator stuff. It's pretty shit at the moment though.

For me, Minimal hud isn't really working correctly, the health and ammo numbers are very small and green, and there's no kill feed

Can confirm crayonnipple's post, everything is fked up in minimal. There is only a 'ui' folder in the resouce folder and none of the other files so maybe omni forgot something.

No, I changed the readme to reflect these changes.

Put the "noto" folder in your custom folder, and then merge the "noto_minimal" folder with the noto folder.

I only added the necessary minimal files for this update to the minimal folder. It works the same way the color and scoreboard folders work.

-none of the shadows work, if someones looking for a fix go to the .res file you wish to have a shadow on and in the shadow part, for example in the killstreak label "ItemEffectMeterLabelShadow" substitute the color there (in this case "NotoKillstreakLabelShadow" use a black color like 0 0 0 255
A problem with this is that if u get overhealed or have low HP and go back to normal HP shadow is gone , forever until you restart the game or do hud_reloadscheme, same thing with ammo meter

-My crosshair changes color when i hit people , didnt want it but it does on its own, then it changes color to a wierd almost white color

-My scoreboard , using 9vs9 - 12vs12 , kinda cuts the ping , using 16:9

-when im on the main menu (not in game) i can use the ESC key to go back on every menu , but it doesnt seem to work on the loadout selection screen

-When i press my "lower volume" key it brings the console , so i cant lower my volume without pausing.

-Sometimes the red low HP rectangle gets stuck , dunno if it can be fixed, had that in my prev hud

Also not bugs but cool things to have:
- im looking for a way to change the buffed color on the target ID and on Buildings Hp , its pinkish and i would like it green with a shadow, if that is possible
-Also looking for an option to put the damage done above the hp
-Change the pos of the Close captions to below HP

You need to change the colors of all the noto crosshair colors in clientscheme.res to be the same then.

You need to change the colors of all the [b]noto crosshair colors[/b] in clientscheme.res to be the same then.

I honestly don't know how to help you here. I can't replicate any of this with my files and I'm literally using the same ones uploaded to the Github.

Make sure you haven't got any other custom HUD files messing with noto's. That's all I can suggest.
