Changing chat position

Now I'm sure this question has been done to death and that there's been hundreds of threads, but I'm using a Garm3nHUD variant and having the chat box on the top left drives me insane. Any help on how to move the chat box's location will be much appreciated.

In tf/resource/ui, find BaseChat.res and edit the number next to "ypos" I don't exactly remember whether a higher number or lower number will lower it, but just play with it and some of the other values until you get something you like. Or if you just want the default settings for the chat, deleting BaseChat.res and restarting tf2 should reset it to the default HUD's values.

alternately, just delete the file basechat.res. you cant delete it, and the game will use the default position.

Just mess Around with ypos i messed around with ypos and i finded the perfect one is top left Medium
