Just hang out in mumble and talk about the game or just to know eachother. Some of my teammates like to mge with eachother and they seem to have a lot of fun doing that. Pubbing with everyone is pretty fun too.

I usually just talk with them, get the flow going, getting everyone to feel comfortable and have fun. It affects your scrim if someone is having a bad day or is just feeling like shit, so just try to make them all feel good.
