Our community launching a new DM server for all of our competitve players, and I thought it would be awesome to open it up to you!

Server Location: Chicago
Number of Slots: 10
Playable Classes: Scout, Solly, Demo, Medic.
Amount of fun: unlimited <-- so cheesy.
Our community also runs 6s pugs on a nightly basis, as well have an MGE server, if you are interested in any info on that here is our steam group :) -> Click here
As this server is new I'm sure it will have issues, if you find any weird restrictions, let us know below, also for some reason certain strange festive items don't work so sorry for that in advantce <3

The team with a medic will be in a disadvantage and are less likely to dominate mid area or get kills, which is more frutrating. This problem happens with too many demos or with sniper as well.

so instead of having snipers sit away from the action you'll now have meds spamming crossbows?
dont get me wrong, i dont mind snipers but even in dm some team balance is needed

But since we are getting so much negative feedback we will probably remove the medic class.. But my 2 cents would be that DM is more for self-improvement not really a team game mode. I love when I have 2vs1 in DM as it helps me understand who to focus in those situations how to change my movement to be able to dodge both classes and yes most of the time I get destroyed, but it's those 1/10 times where I get both kills in a 2v1 that it feels the greatest and that's what I want to replicate. I think as a medic they want to be able to practice arrows and surfing and dodging, instead of looking at it as a negative look at the positive, you learn how to kill medics, you understand their meta better.
Anyways there's my really non aggressive rant lolol

Boobzy, the point they are making is that having a medic ruins DM for the 3 other people on the team. Playing 3vs4 eventually offsets the spawns because no one can get a kill and you eventually start playing 1v4s.
Not fun, and for the tiny amount of practice a medic might get, its not worth it for what everyone else loses.
