the whole collab just sounds so uninspired
like i guess its just showing bishop as a MC but still he doesn't really do anything for me

that has kind of been the case for doom since the mouse and the mask though so i wasn't really surprised

nehruvian doom fell way short of my expectations, the preview songs that were released earlier like Om, Darkness, and Caskets were the best on the album and the rest of it seemed very dull

Madlib released Madvillainy 2, its just basically an instrumental remix of the original. This is one of the examples of doom producing and circulating talent, people listened to bishop and expected doom and alot of people bit onto it and decided to follow it. If you havent yet, listen to Born Like This, Unexpected Guest, MM FOOD, and Venemous Villain. Those of some lesser known doom records that are worth listening to. And if your trying to find something new with a doom-ish style(take that VERY VERY loosely) listen to Pinata(Gibbs+Madlib), Doris(Earl), and The Further Adventures Of Lord Quas(Aka madlib speeding up his voice and rapping, its fairly old but underrated)

Would've loved to have DOOM rip through a few more tracks, but It wasn't a terrible album, it just could have been better.
