Everytime I turn on my computer my screen, keyboard, and mouse won't work except my computer as I can see lights being on and fans are working. I had this problem for couple of weeks now and I don't know what to do.

Sometime it does work by pressing the power button a few times.

And I cleaned everything in my computer and changed my PSU(Still the same problem)

Any ideas what I need to do?

Maybe you have bad USB ports? or its a problem in your devices, try and plug them in other computers to see if is that the problem.

ok idk what you mean because what went wrong when you plugged it into another device??
did it work with that other computer, did it just not work with the computer?
can you be more descriptive?

Well my USB ports are fine. However everytime I turn on my computer, the PC turns on while the Screen and Keyboard/Mouse won't respond at all. Like I can see the fan is working and the lights being on in the inside. I though it had to do with my PSU being dusty and old so I had to switch to my previous PSU that I had before which I kept for an emergency only. When I planted my old PSU, It kinda worked when I pressed the power button a few times seeing my screen/keyboard/mouse being on.

I looked it up in google and some say that it may have to do my Motherboard (Which is a worse case scenario for me since I don't have any munny on me at the moment)

Here's my System Spec, Please regard the name :I

So you're saying that sometimes it boots and sometimes it doesn't? Try re-seating both(?) sticks of RAM as well as your GPU then try to boot up again. If it's still inconsistent try running only one of the sticks of RAM, with the other one(s) taken out, as one of them may be going bad and causing your computer to fail the POST (power on self test, like all that text you see when you first boot up) sometimes.

I noticed in my Motherboard status screen, it said, that it is using 8 GB of Memory where in reality it suppose to use 16GB since I have 4 Ram Sticks with 4GB. Does this mean my Ram sticks are fried?
