Hello, so I've been wanting to post one of my TF2 demos on Youtube but I can't figure out how to do so, I only know that I have to convert the file from .dem to another format that is supported from Youtube. Would You guys be so cool to link me to a good tutorial or even explain It? Thanks in advance :)

.dem files aren't any type of video file, it's basically saving the client's engine state at each tick, so you can play it back in TF2, and it will look like you're playing it, you just have no input.
If you want to turn it into some sort of video file, you can just play the demo and record your screen with fraps or something, or you can use a fancier tool like Lawena to save a video file or a whole bunch of images you can turn into a movie file.
Search around, there is a lot of good information on the matter.

I think the easiest way to do it if you don't care too much about quality is just to record an OBS stream to twitch and highlight it, then export that to youtube.

have you read the Sticky above?

If the sticky's solution isn't to your liking, there are many other ways to encode a video from a demo file.

-startmovie [name] h264 or startmovie [name]
-your favorite live recording software (I recommend msi afterburner)
-point a camcorder/webcam to your monitor
-A PotatoCam.
