Where is the file located? What process started them? Try something like Unlocker or use the command line to force delete the file.

Right click one and select 'open file location'. This should open up the folder where the file is located. Also, use a program like Process Explorer to find out what started them, so you can kill that.

The little 'curly' thing seen on stream was caused by the lowerthird not disappearing completely, one of the rings from the logo stays. I assume this would be fixed by adding several full transparency frames at the end of that webm? (see end of http://youtu.be/eQsOdvymFiE)

I think pretty much all map animations are bugged. Explosions at the end of PL maps, spawn doors, Rancho Relaxo (quite funny) and such.

Use Resource Manager to see what files it's accessing. If you're nearing full RAM, it's probably your system struggling to keep the pagefile up to date.

weird glitch with uber binds

108 is the Source Engine's numeric index for m2, so I'd guess something is causing it to write that to chat as well as the message. If you bind the exact same command to a different key, does it happen then? (eg "**UBER USED** 26" if bound to P)
