To answer peoples "why not" questions a bit:
The USA team is made of up experienced high-level highlander players who's geographic location and playstyle won't be effected as much on euro servers. It's also down to the players with the availability to make the most matches (ie: early afternoon game-times).
The team looks really really solid and this should be fun to watch!
